Dana Scherff (President/Director)
Ms. Dana has been dedicated to early childhood education for over 30 years. Her passion for nurturing and educating young minds led her to establish Dana’s Family Childcare & Preschool LLC in 2011 . Dana is committed to providing a safe and enriching environment for every child. Activities planned at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool, LLC. promote fine motor skills, gross motor skills and cognitive development!
Dana enjoys spending time with her two labrador retrievers and 2 adult boys and husband. She enjoys traveling!
Joycelyn Hilbert
(Infant Teacher)
Ms. Joy has 8 years of experience as a caregiver prior to her employment at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool, LLC. in November 2021. Joy is a compassionate teacher with a nurturing personality who specializes in the care and developmental guidance of infants. Joy is dedicated to maintaining a safe and stimulating enviornment where all children can explore, learn and grow.
Divya Shivaraman
(Infant Teacher)
Ms. Divya joined our team at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool in March of 2024. With three years of previous hands-on experience in infant daycare, Mrs. Divya is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where infants can thrive emotionally, socially and cognitively. Outside of the classroom, she is a true dog lover and enjoys cooking and spending time with her family!
Michelle Rockwell
(Young Toddler Teacher)
Ms. Michelle has worked at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool, LLC. since the center opened in 2017. Michelle started out working for Dana's in the summer part time in 2011 when Dana ran an in home licensed childcare center. Michelle has been with Dana's for many years. Prior to Dana's Michelle has always worked with children. She spent many years cutting kids hair at Kids Kuts and Sweet & Sassy. Michelle also worked in the cafeteria at a local school in Allentown. Michelle is also a mom to 3 grown children one of which also works at Dana's. Michelle's focus is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for the kids to learn and grow!

Ms. Jamie has been with Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool, LLC since July 2023. Prior to joining Dana's she has been working with children and caring for them in various ways for over 15 years. Jamie also has a toddler so it comes naturally to her for the children in her care to be treated like one of her own. Jamie strives to provide the safest and most nurturing environment for even the smallest of children. Her commitment to creating a space where they can freely explore their abilities and creativity is her number one priority.

Ms. Julia has been around children since a very young age having grown up in her grandmother's home childcare. Julia began helping her Aunt Dana during the summers at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool LLC home childcare in 2011. After graduating high school in 2018 Julia joined Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool LLC center working full time. Julia finds joy in getting to know all the children and watching them learn and grow!

Kazi Jahanara

Ms. Charmaine has over 30 years of experience loving and teaching children from infants on up. Having had her own licensed childcare for over 20 years. Charmaine has worked for Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool, LLC. since 2021. She said she has had the best experience working for Dana's! Charmaine feels most accomplished when a child understands what is being taught. The smile on their face and joy in their hearts gives Charmaine pride. Charmaine is a true kid at heart and that is a bonus! From her different characters (Mrs. Caritha, her aunt from down south) to dancing with the children, being silly from time to time, letting them know they are wonderful just as they are! Ms. Charmaine always and still believes learning at a young age should be a fun learning experience!
Ms. Staci has been employed at Dana's Family Childcare & Preschool LLC. since 2019. Staci started off in the infant room and worked in every classroom at the center. Staci enjoys working with all the children but is assigned to the Pre-K classroom. Staci loves to teach them and learn new things! She enjoys arts and crafts. Staci treats all children like her own!
Ms. Kazi joined Dana's in 2011. Kazi enjoys engaging with the children and watching them learn and grow! She works with all children. Kazi in her spare time enjoys spending time with her adult children and traveling.
Ashley Flynn

Megan Krum

Ms. Ashley has worked at Dana's since 2025. She has worked with children and their families for the past 10 years. While also working at Dana's she is a family based therapist working with children and their families on a daily basis. She is passionate about mental health and helping children feel empowered and heard. Ashley has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Kutztown University.
Ms. Megan adores children and engaging with them. Megan is currently attending Kutztown University studying Psycology. She plans to work as a child therapist.
